Senior

Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis of our Technology & Operations departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven industry.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial managementreports,partnering closely with stakeholders across finance and the Technology / Operation steam
• Supportthemonthlyand quarterly budgeting/forecastprocessincludingdatamanagement,financial modeling,and variance analysis
• Assistinmanagement of headcount management / hiring plans
• Collaborate with Technology / Operationsteamsto analyze performance,optimizeinvestment, and support business decisions
• Assistinidentifyingnew opportunities toenhanceforecast accuracy, process efficiency, andgreater automation
• Proactively addressad-hoc analysis and projects related to market performance, customer trends, and other sports book initiatives
• Foster cross-functional collaborationtoidentifyareas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
