Client Associate

A financial services firm in New York City is seeking a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and their clients. This role combines client service, account administration, and brokerage operations and is well suited for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through in a regulated financial environment.

• Review account opening documentation for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process fund distributions, asset movements, and other client account transactions.
• Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day client service and operational needs.
• Provide product and account information to existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client service and operational matters.
• Provide guidance regarding internal procedures and account processes.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain accurate client and account information.
• Handle additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with brokerage systems or financial services applications.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are a plus.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
