Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

12 Months contract

We are seeking an experienced Business / Financial Analyst with expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, and expense transparency to support financial management activities across the IT organization.

This is a Business/Financial Analyst position, NOT a Technical Business Analyst role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, financial modeling, financial reporting, and IT expense analysis
, along with the ability to work closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

• 4–6+ years of experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, IT cost transparency, or IT billing/chargeback
  .
• Strong understanding of:
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cost Allocation
• Expense Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders
  .
• Experience translating financial data into meaningful business insights.

• Experience with TBM tools and cost modeling frameworks
  .
• Experience with Power BI or similar financial reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Experience with Service Now
  , particularly ITFM, CMDB, APM, service taxonomy, or related workflows.
• Experience with People Soft Financials, Net Suite, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems
  .
• Experience supporting large, complex IT organizations is a plus.
