Equity Research Analyst – Building Products, Industrials

• Publish proprietary equity research in industries aligned to the firm's Banking sectors
• Create and publish proprietary equity research content with Buy, Hold, and Sell stock recommendations to institutional buy-side clients
• Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions
• Initiate C-suite corporate access resources for institutional equity clients, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls
• Conduct independent industry assessments and company-specific research reports
• Manage corporate client relationships at the highest C-level, including CEO, President, COO, CFO, and Director of Strategy
• Work closely with senior analysts, research teams, and supervisory analysts in research production and publication
• Conduct macro, industry, and individual company research
• Build industry and company-level models, including market, market share, revenue, EPS, and cash flow forecasts
• Conduct financial and valuation analyses
• Formulate investment ideas
• Write draft research commentary
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, sales, and trading to leverage research products with institutional clients
• Maintain dialogue with representatives of covered companies
• Work with institutional buy-side clients to leverage research products

• BA/BS degree
• SIE and 7 Top Off (or Series 7 for those licensed prior to October 2019)
• Series 63
• Series 87
• Series 86 or a FINRA waiver for those who have completed CFA II
• 1 year of related work experience since earning BA/BS degree
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• English language fluency required
• 2 years of related work experience since earning BA/BS degree preferred

Demonstrates expertise in equity research, financial modeling, and investment analysis, with a strong focus on building relationships with C-suite executives and institutional clients. Proficient in conducting due diligence and providing industry insights to support capital markets transactions.
