Annuity & Group Operations Consultant - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate – Customer Service, Operations Consulting within the Insurance practice. The role supports clients in optimizing their financial operations and administration across P&C, Life, Annuities, Group & Retirement markets. Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, managing specific work streams, and maintaining quality standards to deliver effective solutions.

• Manage financial operations and administration for Insurance clients.
• Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills.
• Maintain rigorous standards to confirm quality work.
• Manage specific work streams within Insurance markets.
• Build and sustain meaningful client relationships.
• Navigate and manage complex situations effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.

• Preferred degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research.
• Strong understanding of transaction life cycles of Insurance products.
• Experience in financial operations and administration of Insurance businesses.
• Experience with data and systems interactions including IT tools and technology.
• Ability to utilize tools and techniques to deliver financial effectiveness strategies.
• Participation in client discussions and meetings.
• Strong communication skills across consulting services.

Up to 60%.

Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
