Investment Banking Associate – Industrials

• Provide support to senior bankers.
• Develop client presentation materials, including background research, analysis, and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, comparable trading, comparable transaction, and LBO analysis.
• Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions, ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
• Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in Industrial Investment Banking with a bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with an MBA.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with preference for experience in Industrials.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and self‑starter.
