Portfolio Enhancement Specialists partner with investment teams, portfolio managers, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance, optimize asset allocation, and maximize returns. This role combines analytical rigor, strategic insight, and monitoring to support data-driven investment decisions that drive measurable value.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that enhancements are aligned with investment goals, risk management frameworks, and long-term value creation strategies.

Analyze portfolio performance and identify areas for enhancement and value creation

Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and reports to monitor portfolio metrics and performance trends

Conduct scenario analyses, stress testing, and financial modeling to inform investment decisions

Recommend strategies for portfolio optimization, including allocation adjustments and operational improvements

Monitor key performance indicators, P&L contributions, and risk-adjusted returns

Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to implement portfolio enhancement initiatives

Identify underperforming assets and propose actionable strategies for improvement

Prepare presentations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Strong understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment strategy

Experience with financial modeling, investment analysis, or portfolio optimization (preferred but not required)

Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and actionable insight

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus

Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations and findings
