Christopher Street Financial was founded in 1981 as the first company committed to providing financial advice and investment services to the LGBTQ+ community. A lot has changed since our founding, but one thing has not: our commitment to provide financial planning and investment services to the LGBTQ+ community and those who share our values.

We now serve over 450 households and manage over $1.1 billion in assets. While we are still experts in the unique financial, tax, and legal needs of unmarried couples, as time has gone by, our values and approach to financial planning have resonated with a wider range of people. • Lead day-to-day operational execution, ensuring workflow adherence, service quality, responsiveness, and team productivity.
• Document and implement operational policies, workflows, standard operating procedures, and service routines that support accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and scalability. Recommend substantive improvements and translate approved changes into consistent practice.
• Promote disciplined use of systems, documentation standards, and shared workflows across the firm.
• Monitor operational performance and partner with firm leadership and advisory teams to identify bottlenecks, address recurring issues, streamline workflows, and strengthen the client and advisor experience.
• Establish, monitor, and report operational KPIs using performance data to identify trends, address gaps, recognize progress, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement approved marketing efforts, including website updates, social media management, client communications, and team and client events, working with internal colleagues and external partners as appropriate.
• Coordinate CSF’s relationships, communications, and activities with community and charitable partners in collaboration with internal colleagues.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding in coordination with human resources and internal stakeholders, helping ensure that required access, documentation, communications, and operational steps are completed.

• Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff, reinforcing accountability, collaboration, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear expectations and priorities, provide timely feedback, and create an environment that supports professional growth and reliable execution.
