Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered Fin Tech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense.
After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?
The Senior Manager, Capital Markets will be a core member of the Capital Markets team, owning deal execution across warehouse facilities, securitization preparation, and lender relationship management. This is a high-autonomy role — you'll run transactions end-to-end, manage work streams with counsel and counter parties, and bring your manager in for strategic decisions and escalations. The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates well with sophisticated lenders, and has the judgment to know when to move independently and when to elevate.
WhatYou'll Do
- Execute capital markets transactions including warehouse facility closings, amendments, upsizes, and extensions — managing legal documentation, due diligence, and closing logistics
- Own day-to-day lender relationships for assigned facilities: reporting packages, borrowing base certificates, compliance certificates, and periodic calls
- Support preparation of the securitization program, including working with rating agencies, structuring counsel, and underwriters
- Build and maintain transaction models, term sheet analyses, and lender comparison frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Fin Ops, Treasury, Product, and Risk to support deal execution and ongoing facility operations
- Monitor facility covenants and flag compliance issues proactively
- Contribute to new lender development — preparing pitch materials, term sheet responses, and due diligence packages
- 3–5 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or debt funding — at an investment bank, specialty finance company, fintech lender, or asset manager
- Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, ABS, or other structured credit products
- Experience with structured finance transactions, including technical cash flow modeling for warehouse facilities, securitizations, or similar asset-backed structures
- Strong legal and financial document fluency — comfortable working through credit agreements, term sheets, and intercreditor arrangements with counsel
- Excellent communicator, both internally and with external counter parties
- Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without close supervision
- BA/BS required; MBA or CFA a plus
