Our 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

As an ETF Product Development Intern, you’ll play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco’s ETF business. You’ll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure, and you’ll collaborate with multiple businesses, learn how ETFs shape the future of investing, and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact. * ** Research & Analysis:
** Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.
* ** Competitive Insights:
** Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.
* ** Sales Support:
** Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.
* ** Reporting & Trend Analysis:
** Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
* ** Collaboration with Index Providers:
** Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.

** Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.
