Job Description:

Responsibilities Join Baker Tilly as a Manager in our CFO Advisory practice, focused on financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and strategic finance. We help clients make informed, forward-looking decisions through structured financial analysis, dynamic modeling, and practical insight aligned to their business objectives.

Our team supports a diverse client base ranging from founder-owned businesses to private equity-backed platforms and large enterprises across industries including manufacturing, business services, consumer, healthcare, and technology. We work closely with CFOs, management teams, and investors on initiatives involving forecasting, capital allocation, transactions, and operational performance.

As a Manager, you will lead the development of financial models and analytical frameworks that inform critical business decisions. You will manage engagements, work directly with client stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of high-quality analyses and outputs. This role requires both strong technical capability and the ability to structure and communicate complex financial information clearly.

Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including development of integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses used to support strategic decision-making

Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, including defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs
