The Opportunity As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Real Estate Consulting Director, you will lead efforts to analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements and driving business growth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others, and cultivate the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to offer comprehensive support to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for translating vision into actionable strategies, making impactful decisions, and maintaining executive-level client relations.

Your leadership will be crucial in developing new ideas and solutions, promoting technological advances, and identifying market opportunities to drive success for the firm. You will actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding trade-offs and leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction.

• Leading strategic financial consulting initiatives to enhance client financial performance and decision-making
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to meet specific business objectives
• Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relationships to drive business growth
• Mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders within the finance consulting team
• Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively
• Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
• Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in finance consulting
• Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to address system-level enablers
• Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including compliance with accounting regulations
• Collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths and maximize client satisfaction

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and economic forecasting
• Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth and innovation
• Excelling in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Leading initiatives in AI-human collaboration and digital tooling
• Cultivating potential through coaching and feedback in client engagements
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decisions

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500.

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
