About This Role

Nova Sky Stories is seeking a Corporate Development Leader to work alongside our executive leadership team on the opportunities shaping the company’s next phase of global growth.

This role will help Nova identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities across M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, new markets, and new business models. You’ll bring the analytical rigor to determine where opportunities make sense and the drive to help move the right ones from idea through execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance who wants to move beyond analysis and play an active role in building and scaling a global business.

Working closely with Nova’s executive leadership team and across finance, commercial, legal, operations, and creative, you’ll have exposure to a wide range of high-priority initiatives. The work will vary significantly based on where the business sees opportunity, so we’re looking for someone equally comfortable building a financial model, evaluating an acquisition target, researching a new market, developing an executive recommendation, or helping structure a strategic partnership.

You’ll be part of a high-impact team where priorities move quickly, opportunities are global, and the scope of the role will evolve alongside the business.

As a Corporate Developer Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

Identify, evaluate, and execute corporate development opportunities, including M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, new markets, and other growth initiatives.
Partner closely with executive leadership on high-priority business initiatives, bringing analytical rigor and a company-wide perspective to strategic decisions.
Maintain an enterprise-wide view of key initiatives, helping leadership evaluate priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and organizational capacity as new opportunities emerge.
Build financial models, valuations, business cases, and market analyses to assess opportunities and inform executive-level decisions.
Lead corporate development initiatives from initial evaluation through due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning.
Develop executive-level materials and support strategic communications with key external stakeholders, ensuring Nova’s growth plans, business performance, and opportunities are clearly and effectively articulated.
Drive cross-functional initiatives across finance, legal, commercial, operations, creative, and other teams to move high-priority opportunities from evaluation through execution.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, new markets, and emerging opportunities that could shape Nova’s continued global growth.

You’ll Need To Have
