Loan Administration Consultant

• Fluency in Chinese is required

A financial institution is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the operational side of its commercial lending business. This role will handle loan documentation, transaction processing, portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day operational controls while partnering with internal teams and outside legal counsel. The ideal candidate has early-career commercial banking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities in a regulated environment.

• Coordinate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to facilitate commercial loan closings and ensure approved terms are accurately reflected in final documentation.
• Organize and coordinate execution of loan documents with borrowers and other required parties.
• Process day-to-day commercial loan transactions, including advances, payments, fees, credit limit changes, and interest-rate adjustments.
• Monitor loan operations activity to ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
• Perform daily reconciliations between loan system activity and general ledger balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain complete and organized electronic and physical loan records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Prepare recurring reports and portfolio information for management and other internal stakeholders.
• Review operational activity for adherence to applicable banking regulations, internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, user acceptance testing, and related operational projects.
• Work collaboratively with lending, operations, accounting, compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth loan servicing operations.
