# Product Lead – Collateral  ## About the Role Nasdaq is seeking a Product Lead – Collateral to drive the development and growth of products in collateral services that work across Nasdaq Digital Liquidity networks. This role sits at the center of Nasdaq's Digital Collateral Ecosystem, combining traditional and tokenized collateral to deliver next-generation collateral management capabilities to buy-side and sell-side clients.

The Product Lead will define and execute the product strategy that connects Nasdaq's Calypso Collateral Network, Canton Network connectivity, and DeFi/digital gateways, enabling clients to manage collateral across Trad Fi and DeFi environments with CDM-based smart-contract workflows for CSA exposure calculation, margin calls, optimization, and DvP settlement.  ## Why This Role Is Important Collateral is fundamental to capital efficiency, liquidity, and risk mitigation across capital markets.

As markets move toward tokenized and digital collateral—including stable coins, tokenized securities, and money market funds—Nasdaq is positioned to lead the transformation of how collateral is mobilized, optimized, and settled. The Product Lead will be responsible for turning this vision into commercially successful products, ensuring Nasdaq's collateral solutions meet evolving client needs, regulatory expectations, and the demands of an increasingly digital market infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy &

Roadmap:

Define, develop, and position collateral product solutions in line with Nasdaq's strategy. Translate client and market needs into product requirements and roadmaps spanning traditional and digital/tokenized collateral, collateral optimization, eligibility and allocation logic, and connectivity across the Calypso Collateral Network and Canton/EVM environments. Work closely with Fin Tech product strategy to develop digital assets network services.
* Execution & Delivery:
Manage all aspects of product execution—from scoping (products, legal agreements, collateral assets, custodians, growth opportunities) through target operating model design, business requirements definition, solution validation, UAT, and pilot/pre-production to production launch—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Stakeholder Management:
Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Technology, Product Delivery, Data, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Support Sales and Relationship Management in client discussions and onboarding, and represent Nasdaq in industry working groups and client forums related to collateral and digital-asset innovation.
* Risk, Regulatory & Commercial:
Ensure a strong understanding of risk, regulatory, and control requirements applicable to collateral, digital assets, and algorithmic components. Contribute to pricing, business cases, and go-to-market activities, and communicate collateral risks and product performance to senior stakeholders.  ## Skills & Experience  The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years of relevant experience across product management and collateral-related domains within financial services, with demonstrable depth in the following areas:  ## Collateral Management (Core Competency)
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end collateral management lifecycle, including margin call issuance and response, collateral movements, substitutions, disputes, and settlement.
• Strong command of margining, haircuts, eligibility rules, collateral concentration, and counter party exposure management.
• Hands-on familiarity with collateral management systems and platforms (e.g., Calypso, Colline, Acadia/Margin Manager, Tri Optima/Tri Resolve).
