Philanthropic Client Managers (PCMs) are experts in the management of endowment and foundation investment management and trust accounts. They are responsible for providing operational support and executing fiduciary duties in compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Philanthropic Client Managers are also responsible for considering the unique aspects of their clients circumstances in order to proactively provide advice and solutions to clients in nonprofit and private philanthropy accounts.

Additionally PCMs have shared responsibility with the Private Bank's Institutional Client Advisor (ICA), Private Client Advisor (PCA), Endowment and Foundation Specialist (EFS), and Philanthropic Strategists for the management and growth of their relationships and responsibility for delivering client service and overall client satisfaction for their endowment and foundation investment management and trust accounts.

Institutional Investments & Philanthropic Solutions (II&PS), part of Bank of America Private Bank, provides customized investment management, philanthropic administration and strategic consulting services to nonprofit organizations, foundations and charitable families. The team helps clients strengthen governance, optimize grantmaking and operational effectiveness and align financial resources with long‑term strategic goals.

With approximately $100 billion in nonprofit and private foundation client assets, II&PS combines deep sector expertise with institutional investment capabilities to support organizations at every stage of their growth and evolution. Through ongoing investment in talent, technology, and enterprise partnerships, the team is well positioned to help clients navigate complex fiduciary and operational challenges while maximizing their impact.

• Expertise in fiduciary and trust administration and ability to lead the delivery of philanthropic solutions products and solutions
