Client Service Manager
Our Pittsford, NY office has an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Manager. This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing our high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment offering career advancement opportunities.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Education/Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred (or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education).
- 3+ years of industry experience specifically in finance/banking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Salesforce, Power Point and Microsoft Office
- Organization skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Proficient at using AI and digital tools
