A leading middle-market or bulge-bracket investment bank may seek a Structured Finance Analyst to support securitizations, project finance, and structured lending transactions. • Build and maintain structured finance models
  , including cash flow waterfalls, SPV structures, securitization scenarios, and debt schedules
• Conduct industry and credit research, benchmarking, and risk analysis for structured products
• Support live securitizations, asset-backed lending, mortgage-backed securities, and project finance transactions
• Prepare pitch books, transaction memoranda, and client presentations
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution
• Collaborate with senior bankers across deal structuring, credit evaluation, and client strategy workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong skills in financial modeling, structured finance analysis, and valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, structured finance, credit analysis, project finance, or audit is beneficial
