Associate, Investment Associate

The Investment Associate role at Merit Hill Capital involves working closely with senior leadership on self-storage investments. You’ll take charge of deal underwriting, conduct market research, and support various financial processes. • Lead the underwriting and analysis of potential acquisitions.

• Draft and manage Letters of Intent (LOIs) accurately.

• 2 – 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial field.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior professionals and external partners.
