A growing investment firm is looking to add an Investment Associate to its VC Secondaries & Primaries team.
This is an opportunity to join a small, investment-focused team with direct exposure to senior investment professionals and meaningful involvement across the investment process.
The firm is currently expanding its platform and launching new strategies, creating an opportunity for an Associate to take on increasing responsibility and grow with the business over the long term
.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite venture capital and growth investment opportunities
- Conduct investment and manager research across private markets
- Support due diligence on primary and secondary transactions
- Analyze investment opportunities and underlying funds
- Prepare investment materials and recommendations
- Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring
- Work directly with senior members of the investment team
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant investment experience
- Experience in private markets, venture capital, growth equity, fund investing, or investment consulting
- Experience evaluating funds, managers, or private-market investments
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
- Genuine interest in venture capital and private markets
Candidates from VC, growth equity, fund-of-funds, investment consulting, or similar investment platforms are encouraged to apply.
This is an investment-focused position
. Candidates whose experience is primarily in accounting, fund operations, or back-office functions are not the target profile.
