Financial Analysis and Reporting Senior Manager; A9B

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to find a senior finance leader for its financial analysis and reporting team. The group provides forward-looking analysis and clear business insight to support decisions across a complex investment organisation.

• Lead cross-functional projects that use rigorous financial analysis to answer important business strategy questions.
• Shape and maintain financial forecasts, including budgeting and scenario-planning processes.
• Oversee recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior leaders, turning complex results into concise, actionable insight.
• Assess the drivers of revenue, expenses, capital requirements and other financial outcomes.
• Build and improve scalable models, reporting frameworks and analytical tools that strengthen data quality and decision support.

• At least eight years’ experience in strategic finance or a related discipline, gained in alternative asset management, investment banking or a similarly complex environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or a related subject.
• Strong financial-modelling capability and the willingness to move between executive-level questions and detailed analysis.
• Commercial judgement and a record of supporting senior decision-makers with well-reasoned recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including confidence presenting complex findings to senior audiences.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
