Alternative asset manager seeking an Associate/VP to evaluate opportunistic and special situations investments across credit, structured products, specialty finance, and equity.

Job Description:- Evaluate investment opportunities across corporate credit, specialty finance, structured credit, and equity.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and downside scenarios.
- Analyze complex capital structures, transaction terms, and legal documentation.
- Conduct company, industry, and asset-level due diligence.
- Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior investment professionals.
- Monitor portfolio investments and identify new investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-8+ years of experience in investment banking, restructuring, private credit, special situations, distressed investing, or hedge funds.
- Strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills.
- Experience evaluating both debt and equity investments preferred.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in complex, event-driven investment opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
