Private credit investment manager seeking an Investment Associate to underwrite and execute fund-level investments across credit secondaries, fund financing, and co-investment opportunities.

Job Description:- Underwrite, execute, and monitor fund-level investment opportunities across private credit.
- Evaluate credit secondaries, fund financing, and co-investment opportunities.
- Analyze LP-led and GP-led transactions across direct lending, opportunistic, distressed, and special situations strategies.
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and due diligence on prospective investments.
- Prepare investment recommendations and present findings to senior investment professionals.
- Support investment sourcing, execution, portfolio monitoring, and client-facing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with demonstrated academic achievement.
- 2–4 years of relevant investment or advisory experience.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting, credit, and financial valuation concepts.
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Intellectual curiosity with a self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
