** Role Overview
** This experienced Analyst role (not entry-level; requires proven project finance, M&A, or transaction experience) will work across Infra Reds infrastructure funds, including the Energy Transition Fund, HICL (a £3bn listed brownfield infrastructure fund), and value-add/greenfield infrastructure strategies spanning energy transition, circular economy, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and transportation.
** Key Responsibilities**- Support origination and execution — financial modelling, structuring, documentation — of infrastructure and energy investments, primarily in the Americas
- Manage and review due diligence and structuring work streams, coordinating technical, legal, and financial advisors and ESG/tax/insurance work streams
- Assist in preparing investment presentations
** Qualifications
* * Proven experience in project finance, M&A, or transactions outside internships.
