• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess commercial mortgage backed securities transactions, property cash flows, and credit risk
• Experience developing and substantiating credit opinions through detailed financial and quantitative analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques required for transaction analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while producing accurate and detailed work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to rating committees and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while also operating independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced professional certifications or graduate-level studies related to commercial real estate, finance, or investments are preferred

Lead the analysis and surveillance of commercial real estate securitizations to support high-quality credit assessments and research.

• Analyze the credit aspects of commercial mortgage backed securities transactions, including property cash flows and transaction performance
• Develop and maintain deal-level financial models to support rating surveillance and credit analysis
• Formulate, document, and substantiate credit opinions based on quantitative and qualitative assessments
• Serve as the lead ratings analyst for assigned transactions and present recommendations to rating committees
• Communicate analytical conclusions and transaction updates during internal meetings and stakeholder discussions
• Prepare accurate, insightful, and timely research publications and press releases
• Conduct special research projects and contribute thought leadership initiatives that enhance analytics and market insights
• Support rating analysis of commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation transactions, including transitional floating-rate commercial real estate loans
