Muriel Siebert & Co., LLC is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join its growing Investment Banking group. Siebert is a full-service broker-dealer, and its Investment Banking practice is a lean, entrepreneurial team serving small- and mid-cap public and private companies across equity capital markets, private placements, M&A advisory, and tokenized securities. Since its formation, the IB team has executed on 12 transactions over the last 16 months across multiple industries and multiple products.

This is a high-exposure seat on a small team. The Analyst works directly with the Co-Heads of Investment Banking on live transactions from pitch through close, with responsibility and client contact well beyond what a typical analyst role offers at a larger bank. Given strong deal pipeline, work will be almost entirely transaction related in a collegial friendly environment.

Candidate should have Series 7, 63 and 79

Siebert | Investment Banking

• Support the execution of capital markets transactions, private placements, and M&A advisory mandates
• Build and maintain financial models, comparable company analyses, and transaction economics
• Prepare pitch books, board presentations, investor materials, and internal committee memos
• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support origination and client meetings
• Assist with due diligence, including review of financial statements, filings, and company materials
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams (capital markets, operations, compliance) throughout the deal process
• Work directly with equity and debt sales team on live transactions
• Manage deal administration and workflow on active mandates
