Oracle NetSuite Finance Sr Business Analyst

The Role

We’re looking for an Oracle Net Suite Finance Sr Business Analyst “BA” with deep expertise in accounting processes within a consumer goods environment — ideally retail/fashion. You’ll play a central role in implementing Oracle Net Suite across our finance organization, helping us design the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected business. You’ll partner with Finance and your IT peers to modernize our core financial processes and elevate how we work across multiple entities, currencies, and regions.

• Lead the design, documentation, and alignment of finance business processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax Management, and Consolidation.
• Map business processes to Oracle Net Suite standard capabilities
  , identifying gaps and proposing elegant solutions — always prioritizing configuration over customization

• Drive testing, training, and user adoption
  , ensuring the Finance team is confident and empowered in the new system.
• Partner closely with your IT peers to ensure a smooth data migration
  , ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in Net Suite.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end integration across business domains.
• Post go-live, continue supporting Finance users in their daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI and next-generation features

• Be a change ambassador — helping shape a Finance function that’s efficient, insightful, and future-ready.

• Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Net Suite Finance implementation
  , ideally in a CPG or fashion/retail organizations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Finance processes in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.
• Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation
  .
• Ability to document, analyze, and optimize Finance processes while aligning with system best practices.
• Proven experience in data migration, UAT, and user training

• Familiarity with modern EPM tools such as Anaplan or Pigment
  .
