Global Treasury & Payments Advisor II

Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This role is responsible for relationship management and proposal development and serves as a bridge between foundational execution and strategic advisory services to drive client growth and treasury/payment products adoptions.

Determine profitability of existing and prospective banking relationships and direct sales efforts accordingly. Conduct sales efforts and annual relationship reviews with clients. Participate in pre-bid conferences, fact-gathering analysis, and follow-up calls to identify client needs and solicit new revenue. Translate client needs and market insights into actionable treasury and payments strategies in partnership with senior advisors.

Educate clients and commercial relationship managers on Treasury Services concepts, products, features, and benefits. Serve as a general resource for associates through product and services knowledge. Coordinate, supervise, and implement the setup of sales closings for clients. Act as a trusted resource for clients, supporting mid‑sized client portfolios and delivering tailored recommendations, under the guidance of senior advisors.

Prepare and present formal written proposals for prospective commercial relationships based on needs. Mine for prospective cross‑selling opportunities from the Bank's customer databases. Develop strategies to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business. Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., product, risk, compliance, etc.) to ensure integrated delivery of treasury solutions and regulatory adherence.

Stay abreast of emerging market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting treasury and payments strategies; apply insights to improve client outcomes. Prepare reports on product performance and client utilization of services. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting treasury operations and payment systems.

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' in Treasury OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Treasury
