• Support the closed-end Fundraising Management Team (“FMT”) across various stages of the fundraising lifecycle, working with internal functional partners, business group leads, Client Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
• Assist FMT leadership in developing and executing fundraising strategies designed to generate investor interest and support fundraising objectives.
• Help monitor fundraising activity, investor engagement and market developments, identifying trends and preparing analysis to support adjustments to fundraising strategy.
• Support the preparation of materials and analysis used to inform key decisions throughout the fundraising process.
• Prepare fundraising updates, presentations and other materials for internal meetings, including GCG leadership meetings, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teams across Diligence Management, Marketing & Content, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations and the Investment Teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of fund‑specific marketing materials, including investor presentations, case studies, fact sheets and other materials related to private funds.
• Support the planning and coordination of roadshows, conferences, thought leadership initiatives and other fundraising or marketing‑related events and communications.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on private funds, competitors, market trends and the limited partner landscape.
• Assist with tracking fundraising activities, deliverables and priorities, proactively identifying potential issues and escalating them to the appropriate team members.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses supporting broader fundraising and strategic initiatives.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, accounting or another relevant discipline. Must be available to work part‑time during regular business hours through May 2027 Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in financial services, asset management, investments, private markets or fundraising. Expected to graduate following completion of the internship, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year.

• Interest in learning about private markets, institutional fundraising and closed‑end fund strategies.
• Basic understanding of finance and investment concepts gained through academic coursework, extracurricular activities or prior internship experience.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative information.
