US Payments turns technology shifts into scalable, controlled treasury solutions for clients across segments and industries. This role sits within the Global Digital Disbursements (GDD) Product team supporting payments across Zelle, Pay Pal, Venmo, and other digital payment products. We are looking for a highly self‑motivated analyst who thrives on building and growing new products, establishing durable routines, performing detailed analysis, and is energized by operating in a regulated, high‑growth payments environment.

• Own competitive intelligence and market monitoring across digital digital payments, B2C payments, and adjacent payment ecosystems, leveraging internal and external data sources.
• Produce executive‑ready insights, analyses, and visualizations that inform product decisions, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Build business cases, financial models, and quantitative analyses to support product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Gather and synthesize Voice of Client and stakeholder feedback, connecting customer needs with product performance, operational metrics, and risk considerations.
• Develop recurring portfolio reporting and KPI frameworks that provide transparency into adoption, performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.
• Support annual planning, executive presentations, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses with clear, data‑driven recommendations.

• Support requirements and controls documentation by translating business needs, data findings, and risk considerations into clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness artifacts.
• Work day‑to‑day with Product, Operations, Technology, Digital Channels, Sales, and Risk partners to drive alignment, unblock dependencies, and ensure decisions are well‑documented and audit‑ready.
• Build and evolve performance dashboards and deep‑dive analyses (adoption, client behavior, unit economics, operational KPIs), including anomaly/variance analysis and clear narratives on drivers.
