- 2-5 years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions.
- Familiarity with market terms in acquisition financing.
- Admitted to the New York, D.C., or California Bar.
- Excellent credentials and ability to manage complex transactions.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications- Bar admission in New York, D.C., or California.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
