The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and reporting functions. This is a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting M&A transactions, and enabling sound decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Manage consolidation of portfolio companies’ financials.
- Oversee audit, compliance, and tax reporting.
- Support transaction due diligence and post-deal integration.
- Provide insights to senior management on financial performance and risk.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in investment, private equity, or defense industries.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
