You will contribute to analyses such as ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking while gaining practical exposure to client-focused advisory work.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help prepare presentations for client discussions and support the origination and execution of structured solutions. Through hands-on assignments, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, you will strengthen your analytical, quantitative, communication, and collaboration skills.##

Job Responsibilities
* Assist with capital structuring analyses, including ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking.
* Prepare presentations that communicate capital structuring advice to clients and prospects.
* Support the origination and execution of tailored structured financing solutions.
* Help identify client financing needs and develop relevant marketing materials and term sheets.
* Assist with transaction terms, legal documentation, internal credit applications, and other approval materials.## Your Promise to Us:

* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
