Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Support Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) engagements across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Fraud Risk Management.

Conduct model validations for transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud detection models.

Review, assess, and draft AML/FCC policies, procedures, and related documentation.

Perform gap assessments against regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Assist in AML, sanctions, and fraud risk assessments.

Participate in AML program reviews and audits, evaluating governance, staffing, controls, and documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

Experience in compliance, AML, sanctions, fraud, audit, or risk management is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.

Knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions, financial crime compliance, or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $50,000 - $65,000/Annum Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
