Location: New York
Description:
- Design realistic scenarios involving QoE analyses, working capital, net debt, financial due diligence, valuation models, purchase price allocation, and deal or LBO models.
- Review AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy, defensible assumptions, and professional judgment.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on transaction and valuation tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
- Complete a brief sample task if selected during the application process.
- Experience in transaction advisory, including Big Four TAS or boutique firms, corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
- Hands-on ownership of QoE analyses, valuation work, or deal models.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- CPA certification preferred; ASA, ABV, or CFA is a plus for valuation-focused candidates.
- Experience with DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, ASC 805 purchase accounting, or LBO modeling is relevant.
- Ability to provide a resume or summary of transaction advisory or valuation experience and complete an application form covering specialties and certifications.
- Compensation of $700 per completed task.
- Flexible asynchronous collaboration with the research team.
