RoleSummary:
Join Colgate-Palmolive’s dynamic Global Audit team as a Senior Internal Auditor providing independent assurance and risk management oversight across our global operations. Reporting to Director, Corporate Audit, this high-impact role is responsible for conducting periodic financial and operational reviews, evaluating internal control environments, and leading special projects to provide assurance to Management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
As a key contributor to our global audit function, you will travel globally to partner with business leaders, assess risks, and leverage data analytics and modern digital tools to optimize risk mitigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain high visibility across Colgate-Palmolive’s worldwide operations while helping protect and build value for our trusted global brands.
Obtain and analyze business data to assess risks, prepare comprehensive audit planning memorandums, conduct detailed audit testing, and ensure testing is completed on schedule and fully documented in compliance with departmental standards.
Prepare agendas and presentations for audit meetings, lead discussions with key stakeholders, and draft audit reports for Senior Audit Management and executive review to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Direct, support, and review the work of staff auditors to ensure compliance with audit programs and quality standards, while providing on-the-job training, timely performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
