Syndication Analysts support lending and investment teams by managing the process of distributing loans or investment opportunities to a network of investors. The role blends financial analysis, deal structuring, and investor communications, helping to ensure smooth execution and strong participation in syndicated transactions.

• Assist in structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions, private placements, or other multi-investor deals
• Prepare and review syndication materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets
• Support investor outreach and communications to maximize participation in syndicated deals
• Maintain tracking of investor commitments, allocations, and documentation
• Conduct financial analysis of underlying assets or borrowers to support syndication strategy
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution and documentation
• Generate internal reports and dashboards on deal progress, investor participation, and syndication metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Understanding of syndicated lending, structured finance, or capital markets transactions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and internal interactions
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or deal tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
