Treasury Specialist

Con Sol Partners is partnering with a leading treasury consulting firm to hire a Treasury Solutions Consultant based in New York.

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Treasury professional who enjoys solving complex treasury challenges and working directly with clients. This role offers the opportunity to advise private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on treasury operations, working capital, cash management, and treasury transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate treasury background, ideally gained through a consulting firm such as PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Alvarez & Marsal, or Protiviti, or within a large corporate treasury function. This is a consultative role with a business development component, so we're looking for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.

• Advise private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on complex treasury initiatives.
• Lead treasury transformation, cash management, liquidity, and working capital projects.
• Partner directly with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leaders to deliver strategic solutions.

We're seeking professionals with corporate treasury or treasury consulting experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily in banking treasury or treasury sales are unlikely to be the right fit.
