We are partnered with a leading institutional real estate investor, looking to recruit a Vice President into their Investor Relations team. We are looking for candidates with strong project management experience, and knowledge of real estate strategies (equity & debt). This is not a fundraising position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the coordination and preparation of quarterly investor reports, presentations and marketing materials
- Prepare custom qualitative and quantitative responses for prospective investors performing due diligence
- Provide ongoing support for existing investors
- Prepare Annual Investor Meeting presentations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm on cross-platform initiatives
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a related field within real estate (e.g. investor relations, investment banking, private capital advisory)
- Previous IR experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities of financial data
