Our client is looking for a Financial Client Relationship Associate to support clients across financial planning, investment recommendations, and ongoing account needs. This is a client-facing role for someone who can balance relationship management with hands-on financial planning and administrative responsibilities. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and marketing efforts as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with ongoing relationship management
- Handle client account maintenance and day-to-day service needs
- Develop financial plans based on clients' goals and circumstances
- Provide recommendations related to financial products, planning strategies, and investments
- Support general administrative needs across the firm
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
- Experience working directly with clients in financial services, wealth management, or a related environment
- Experience with financial planning and investment recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
- CFP, CPA, and/or EA designation is a plus
