Senior Accounts Payable; Expense management

Role: Senior Associate, Accounts Payable

Location : Avenue of the Americas NYC , NY

Contract Duration: 3-6 Months with extension possibility

Hourly Pay : $25-$28/hr

Work Model: Hybrid

• Senior-level Accounts Payable professional with 5+ years of experience
• Background in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Comfortable handling complex AP issues and escalations

• Lead and support vendor onboarding in compliance with internal controls and banking regulations
• Manage payment processing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and control
• Support and coordinate tax-related AP activities (e.g., 1099 support)
• Resolve complex AP issues and escalations

• End-to-end Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance-driven AP processes
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams
