Vice President - Capital Management Oversight

We are partnering with a leading global bank seeking a Vice President to join its Capital Management Oversight team within Treasury Risk Management. This individual will provide independent second-line oversight of capital adequacy, regulatory capital, and capital stress testing.

• Review and challenge CET1, Tier 1, Total Capital, and leverage ratios
• Oversee RWA, leverage exposures, capital buffers, and regulatory compliance
• Review and challenge CCAR and capital stress-testing methodologies and results
• Assess internal capital limits, targets, and capital-management strategies
• Present capital-risk analysis to senior management, boards, and global risk committees
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and business leadership while maintaining independent oversight

• 5+ years of experience across regulatory capital, capital management, stress testing, Treasury, or risk management
• Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory capital requirements
• Experience with CCAR, RWA methodologies, and leverage-ratio frameworks
• Knowledge of financial markets and how banking products affect capital ratios
• First- or second-line experience within a large U.S. bank or foreign banking organization
• Prior regulatory engagement and contingency capital planning experience are beneficial
