Northwestern Mutual is growing our team of financial representatives. The Abbass Agency is accepting applications from highly successful individuals to join our Financial District office.

• Training Bonus:
  Up to $3,500 upon finishing training, based on timely completion of onboarding tasks, individual metrics, and licensing requirements.
• First-Year Stipends & Bonuses:
  Up to $26,000 based on weekly activity metrics and $29,000 additional bonuses based off incentives throughout your first year.
• Commissions:
  Uncapped earning potential with enhanced commissions for your first few years.

Don't have a background in Finance?

That is ok! 83% of our advisors have no prior finance background! We provide in-depth, nationally ranked training and support and partner you with industry experts until you are ready to do it on your own. We are looking for individuals with a history of success in their career, college athletics or having a military background. Those that tend to thrive in this career have previous sales or business development experience, strong interpersonal skills, grit, motivation and are extremely goal oriented.
