This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions will play a central role in supporting Well Labs+’ continued growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions across our platform. This role sits at the center of our growth engine, supporting the valuation, diligence, and execution of new transactions while working closely with founders, advisors, and internal leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex deals, move quickly, and build trusted relationships with partners. Working closely with senior leadership—including the CEO, CFO, Chief Development Officer, and Director of M&A—this role will support the full lifecycle of M&A activity, from opportunity evaluation and financial modeling through diligence, transaction execution, and post-close integration.

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets through detailed financial analysis and qualitative assessment
• Build and maintain valuation and financial models using historical and projected financial data
• Develop valuation proposals informed by both quantitative analysis and strategic considerations
• Identify potential operational and financial synergies across acquisition opportunities
• Lead diligence workflows, including document review, assumption validation, and coordination with external QoE consultants
• Prepare materials and present prospective deals to the Investment Committee and internal stakeholders
• Support negotiation of purchase agreements and oversee closing mechanics, including flow of funds
• Partner with the finance team to establish and monitor post-close revenue and EBITDA targets
• Assist with integration planning to ensure smooth onboarding of acquired practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–4+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, commercial banking, corporate development, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with due diligence or quality of earnings (QoE) processes is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex financial data
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate financial findings for senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
