Senior M&A Advisory & Due Diligence Lead

UHY-US is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A advisory engagements for private equity, corporate clients, and investment banks in New York.

You will supervise TAS staff, develop financial models, assess QoE, working capital adjustments, and cash flow trends, and serve as the primary client contact.

Required:

4–6+ years in audit, corporate finance, or TAS;
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance. Travel may be frequent.
