You will experience the entire life cycle of a private company from inception through growth, maturity and transition. Our team designs and implements customised service plans for privately owned entities, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
As a Director, you work with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities- Lead the creation and implementation of impactful private company services.
- Set strategic direction and drive business development.
- Oversee multiple projects and make significant decisions.
- Maintain executive-level client relationships.
- Shape client engagements to confirm business growth.
- Mentor and develop future leaders.
- Foster a culture of quality, integrity and inclusion.
- Assure compliance with professional and technical standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 8 years of experience.
- CPA, member of the Bar, or other tax, technology or finance-specific credentials may qualify.
- Demonstrating thought-leader level knowledge in tax impact assessment.
- Applying an in-depth understanding of tax compliance and consulting.
- Demonstrating technical prowess with ASC

- Developing and sustaining client relationships.
- Using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal resources.
- Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
- Leading teams to generate a vision and establish direction.
Up to 20 percent.
CompensationSalary range: $150,000 – $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
