The Actuarial Development Program Intern at TIAA provides hands-on actuarial experience across capital adequacy, experience studies, ALM and valuation during a 10-week summer program. You will collaborate with teams in pricing, risk and product development while benefiting from structured training and ongoing speaker series.
Ideal candidates are pursuing math or actuarial science, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and graduation between December 2027 and June 2029; SOA exams are preferred.
