We are looking for a motivated, tech‑savvy individual to capture real‑time data on how modern workplaces actually function. If you are agile, observant, and love a role that keeps you moving, this is for you.

• As an Observation Specialist, you will navigate corporate environments to log behavioral and environmental data.
• Data Collection:
  Use a provided iPad to record observations (noise levels, lighting, meeting engagement, and social vs. focused behaviors) using a streamlined interface of dropdowns and check boxes.
• Campus Navigation:
  Move efficiently between different floors and buildings to meet scheduled observation windows.
• Situational Awareness:
  Exhibit high emotional intelligence by knowing when to observe and when to step back (e.g., never interrupting a private phone call or a closed‑door meeting).
