Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in advocacy or electoral strategy at the state or local level Proven success in designing and executing impactful political strategies Strong familiarity with compliance rules for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527 organizations Experience in leading and growing teams Demonstrated ability to build and sustain partnerships with diverse coalitions
