Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

Wynd Labs is an early‑stage startup on a mission to democratize the future of AI. Through our first product, Grass, we provide universal access to public web data and enable ordinary people to participate and share in the benefits.

Grass is a network‑sharing application that allows users to share their unused bandwidth. It operates as a residential proxy network that directly rewards individual residential IPs for the bandwidth they provide. Grass routes traffic equitably among its network and meters the amount of data that each node supplies to fairly distribute rewards.

In non‑technical terms, Grass unlocks everyone's ability to earn rewards by simply sharing their unused internet bandwidth on personal devices, such as laptops and smartphones.

This project is for those who lead with initiative, seek challenges, and thrive on curiosity. We operate with a lean, highly motivated team that revels in the responsibility that comes with autonomy. Our structure is flat, and the people who make decisions also implement them. We are driven by ambitious goals, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to fair and equitable internet.
